Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Go-To-Market team. You will play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel sales growth, identifying and qualifying high-potential leads, and building a robust pipeline of prospects for our sales executives.

Key Responsibilities

Represent Catch’s cutting-edge products and services with a thorough understanding of how they meet client needs.

Conduct consumer research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.

Generate leads and nurture relationships by identifying new potential sales outlets.

Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects for the sales team.

Utilize best practices to enhance Catch’s lead generation playbook.

Conduct outbound cold calling and targeted email campaigns to create new sales opportunities.

Identify prospect pain points and recommend suitable products or services.

Build long-term, trusting relationships to qualify leads as viable sales opportunities.

Proactively seek new business opportunities across the market.

Schedule meetings and calls between prospects and sales executives.

Report on key sales metrics to the Sales Manager on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, via phone, email, and digital platforms.

Demonstrated creative problem-solving ability and strong analytical skills.

Proactive mindset with a strong desire to advance within a B2B sales organization.
Preferred Skills

Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in a similar business development role.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Knowledge of the financial services sector, B2B lead generation, or technology-driven sales processes.
